A video tutorial on how to use the EFC Water and Wastewater Rates Dashboards. These dashboards are created by the Environmental Finance Center at the University of North Carolina to allow utilities to compare how much they are charging their customers with other utilities of similar characteristics and to include considerations for affordability, cost recovery and financial sustainability. The dashboards are free for use at www.efc.unc.edu
